Question about Dell 5100cn Laser Printer
Whenever something is printed on our Dell 5100cn Laser Printer, it comes out with very light, evenly spaced horizontal stripes. The stripes alternate between red and yellow and are very light; only really noticeable on light colors. When printing a dark page, the stripes make the colors look more saturated. We just replaced the drum on the printer, though we didn't wipe anything down inside because we didn't know if that was a good practice. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
As you have just replaced the drum you may have a faulty drum unit put old one back in a test if lines go way then return drum to store and get a replacement. If they do not go the check the toners and the fuser unit.
