This is not an uncommon problem to most AllInOne. A couple of things you can consider:
1. Verfiy that the printer can print, check the ink level. Also in some cases, the unit fails to recognize the optional tray 2 (if you have one installed);
2. Verfiy that the incoming fax number is not blocked (junk fax list & numbers);
3. Number/size of incoming fax pages too big, set to "Use Two Pages".
If the above will not work for you, you may need to do a:
a. soft reset (menu settings only). up/down on the control panel for "Maintenance", press the check, up/down for "Reset Defaults", press check.
b. full reset. This is done by powering off, simultaneously press green and red X buttons (Start & Cancel) then power on. This would erase all your settings and saved information.
c. uninstall the Lexmark software in your PC. A reboot is required before you re-install using the CD that came with the 9350. Do not use the auto detect/install of Windows.
Should none of the above be corrective, you may need to seek the services of your local Lexmark service.
Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.

1. Make sure you have paper in the feeder tray.2. Make sure that Fax Forwarding is not selected:
Use the up/down arrow buttons to scroll through the menuoptions until you see the option required, and press the "check mark" button to select:
Select "Fax" on the device main menu. Select "Fax Setup" from the Fax submenu, Select "Ringing and Answering" from the Fax Setup submenu Now find the "Fax Forward" option. Once you see this option, press the left or right arrow buttons until you see "Off". Now press the "Enter" button to save.
Let me know if this doesn't solve your problem, and include further detail to the problem if available.
