The TV won't turn ON any more using the remote.
I opened the set and, with a cheater cord installed & Power button ON, the P-PB HD4208T111 Power board LED #8003 is lit GREEN. When the Remote is pressed, LED #8001 then LED #8002 light GREEN for 3 seconds then go out & Relays K8001 & K8002 click plus LED #8004 ALARM lights RED. LED #3 remains lit GREEN until the Power button on the TV is pressed OFF, then both relays K8001 and K8002 click again & all LEDs are extinguished. Examination of all capzapitors displays no irregularities however two huge caps are "puffy" on top, rated at 250 VDC 1500 Microfarad as well as two "puffy" topped caps rated 450 VDC at 330 Microfarads. These maybe normal, I don't know. I'm not even going to discuss the 1.5 inch wide vertical black line on the right side of the display...

Hello, it does not power at all, means not eaven a power light blinks in the front of the TV, which also means there could be no power getting to the TV through the cheater cord, or a completely busted power supply due to shorted power regulators, lightning damage or surges in the power line. The easiest is to check the outlet, the power strip braker if you are using one, the power cord going to the TV. The rest of things would be inside the TV(power supply and power regs etc....)
