Question about Baby Gear

I'm not exactly sure what kind of crib I have, it says Dorel Asia model DASE 5005. Anyway, it's a drop side crib and the claw on the left side is broken. Where do I get replacement parts? How do I know if it's one of the recalled cribs? I can't find any info that matches what I have.

You can call Products America at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041 8am to 6pm CST Monday thru Friday. They can check your model number to make sure it's not one of the recalled cibs. If it is not, they will ask you a few questions about the crib and will ask you to take a few measurements. If the information provided matches what they have they should be able to help you with the parts. If they can not, they will have a number to Delta that they can provide you.

Wondering if Dorel Asia LTD crib model 10BC2D has a recall on it?

There are not any listing on the CPSP website or the Dorel websites for recalls involving ant of their cribs including any Asia models.

The big Dorel recall is on their Play Yards, not cribs.

No. The cribs being recalled are made by StorkCraft but any crib with a drop side that has plastic parts could pose a problem. Make sure the side latches securely and that the space between the side and themattress

is not large enough for a child's head to get trapped.
This recall involves Stork Craft drop-side cribs and Stork Craft drop-side cribs with the Fisher- Price logo. This recall does not involve any cribs that do not have a drop-side. This recall does
not involve any cribs with metal rod drop-side hardware

. It involves only those cribs with plastic
trigger and one-hand-system drop-side hardware.
This recall includes Stork Craft cribs with manufacturing and distribution dates between January
1993 and October 2009. This recall also includes Stork Craft cribs with the Fisher-Price logo that
have manufacturing dates between October 1997 and December 2004. The Stork Craft cribs with
the Fisher-Price logo were first sold in the U.S. in July 1998 and in Canada in September 1998.

KensiesMom is right about the recall... they will send you replacement panels wen you contact them...

My owners manual lists a number you can call for help... I have the same crib ..
1-800-295-1980, is the number

side of crib won't stay up because catch is broken need to order a new one

Where can yu buy replacement parts for dorel baby cribs?

The number for Dorel customer service is 1-800-544-1108. Or the Dorel Asia number for Asia models is 1-800-295-1980. They can get you what you need, I'm sure.

Lost crib instructions

I have a Dorel Asia 3-in-1 Convertible Sleigh Crib, Model # DA1615B3, I emailed the company at [email protected] and they emailed me the full instructions. If you have the same make & model, I would be happy to email you the full instructions. Hope this helps everyone.
