Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
Pls can anyone enlighten me on how to format my GoGear HDD6330 on windows? the problem is that as i was trying to update the firmware, it froze and I had to reset it and unplug from my system. now all it tells me its to "connect player to pc" and anytime i do that my windows system sees it and recognizes it in device manager but it never shows up in windows explorer or any disk management tool i use.
I've searched all over the net for a solution and I've tried every gimmick i could thing of (including soft reseting and immediately holding the volume- button in order for Philips device manager to recognize it), now I'm just tired and want to format the thing so i can use it as a portable hard drive. apparently I'm not the only one to ever have this problem, loads of others have as i discovered in my search for a solution.
pls is there any working solution out there?
thanks in advance.
Take a look at www.dbpoweramp.com it could be what you need. I have not used it myself ,but seen it recommended several time on other sites. Good luck! If you try it and its ok come back and post your findings.
