The "laseramp" said is very useful.

But there is a problem also can cause the laptop battery picture blurry. Internet Setting is wrong.

Just open the IE then click tools options above then - internet options - advanced- show picture and auto change the picture size.

Just select the above two options. Hopes that help you.

Hello, this can actually be the resolution settings you have on your display panel go to your desktop and right click for options, go to properties then wait till the dialogue window loads, go to the display tab settings on top and select the setting 16 or 32 bit 32Highest is the quality settings to show resolution. recommenced for lcd.

Videos and pictures are blurry

It seems the video streaming is too slow and the resolution is a result of under scanning facilitation of the buffer. It can't catch up and you have a spacing condition resulting from lag in turn creating poor pixilation.

Viewing youtube videos is blurry using a sprint aircard

When viewing YouTube videos through a mobile hotspot (especially Sprint!) it can be blurry because the connection can be very slow. If you want to increase the quality select the gear in the lower right-hand corner of the YouTube player and select 480p or above. This should improve the quality. Hope I could be helpful.

Toshiba Satellite C55-A text is blurry when on the internet

Is it windows 7 or 8? Internet Explorer modern (tablet mode), or desktop mode (the one that opens while on your desktop)? Internet Explorer 10 or 11? Ia the text very large or small? Does it only happen in Internet Explorer, or does text appear blurry in other apps? Are those apps desktop mode or tablet mode apps?

Got no picture all blurry

No picture or one that is all blurry? If blurry,
Clean the lens and make sure it is not loose or damaged. The camera cannot produce blurry pictures at distances greater than around 0.3m ish as it has a fixed focus lens. If it really is blurred either you are too close to the lens, the lens to sensor distance is wrong (mechanical damage) or the lens is dirty.

Seems to be your bandwidth is too low. Try with extra bandwidth for better performence.

Could you post the specs of your machine? And list any internet related programs?
It is possibly an accelerator problem..
If you are using a dial-up accelerator, then it grabs images in lower quality. Try turning that off..
