his is a very common problem with Bissell Carpet Shampooers... Fortunately it has a very simple solution.
The
problem is caused by blocked water jets ! and if your machine is still
under the two year guarantee,Bissell will collect and repair very
quickly free of charge ! Good Luck !
Bad Pump. You pump is where the belt attaches to spin the brushes and also puts water on the floor. Take it to you local Best Buy to be serviced or a local appliance shop which may service it.
The bissell shampooers use belts t run the pump and the beater bar. if the master beltbroke which is the one that controls the pump and beater bar then yes the machine will not dispense water or turn the beater bar. it will have to be replaced *the belt that is*
Try going a diferent direction. Burber carpet is extreamly hard to clean because the nap it causes vacuums to bounce and shampooers to catch. just try using a differnt angle to shampoo the carpet from.
