My camera has like some kind of static that appears in the screen and the view finder, sometimes it goes away but every time I turn ON the camera its there. It even shows on my recordings. What can I do about it?
Have you tried cleaning the heads? It went away for me when I did this. buy cleaning tapes and follow directions.
The image will not appear simultaneously on the LCD
monitor and the viewfinder. It will appear in the
viewfinder when the LCD monitor is in the lock position,
and it will appear on the LCD monitor when fully
extended.

I tried cleaning the heads with a head cleaner tape but the static remains, It has gotten worse; not because of the cleaning, there is a black strip at the bottom of the screen and the image gets jumpy.
I tried cleaning the heads with a head cleaner tape. It doesn't work. The problem is worse; not because of the cleaning, the screens now have a thick black stripe at the bottom and the image is jumpy.
