De longhi coffee machine- coffee pours into the middle of machine, not through spout

the main feed line ( is probably disconected to the spout ... take of the top ( screws ) and look for the feeder line normally they just put a tie rap on the edge of it ... might of come apart so now its not going true the main line and get water all over the place ;)

De Longhi DE220 De-Humidifier not collecting water

Hi there - you have to vacuum the filter several times. You can pull it out of the back left hand side of the unit. Vacuum it several times, and then start the unit on the lower fan setting, at a humidity level of around 60%. It will kick in after a bit, and then you can start adjusting the humidity level to where you would normally use it.

Sometimes - after you have vacuumed the filter, it still doesn't work. I used my fingers to pick lint off the filter, and ran a BIC safety razor over it as well, to try and get more out of the filter. You can also wash the filter in warm water, and leave it to dry over night. Don't put it back in until it's completely dry.

This will work! Cheers... E

Lost screws for a De Longhi oil filled heater.

To whom it may concern
Yesterday, I communicated with one of your colleagues by the name of Ginko. He advised me to contact the factory in New South Wales, Australia by phone and e-mail.

I rang through and they weren't particularly helpful. They said call a service agent with the details of the product, I was supplied with a contact phone number. The service agent was unable to help me, they said they would call back and as yet they haven't.

I also had sent an e-mail to the the customer service reprentative for De Longhi, who responded the following day, and gave me a list of five outlets in Melbourne, which are able to order the part for me. I duly contacted the nearest supplier to myself, rang them and they said they will order the product (after taking down the product details and my home phone number) and will contact me when it arrives.

Thanks to Ginko for his time and help. I will wait to see the outcome of this. This is the most recent update to the situation.
