Question about Kitchen Appliances - Others
If a dim-witted teenager held the handle down when the toaster was too hot, is it now garbage?
I would say yes. The elements probably are overheated and broke. Unless your talking a high dollar toaster, a new one would be the best course. Of course paid for by the for-mentioned teenager.
