Brother printer. My brother mfc 620cn printer not turning on. It is plugged in and the plug socket is switched on but no sign of the printer turning on.

MAY BECAUSE OF PAPER JAM.

You have to open the lid and behind the inks about halfway back there's a step down area. The cable comes in from the back thru a groove to the plug.
