Question about Bose 3 2 1 GSX System
Bose model AV3-2-1
You must unplug the unit from the wall for 1 minute (this allows the unit to reset). Then plug the unit back in but before you turn it on press and hold the eject button and then turn it on, it will eject the disk.

Could be jammed, sometimes this happen, if you want you can take the screws off and take cd out and see if motor is bad by checking voltage to motor ejection unit, or try unplugging unit for a few minutes and immediatly try to hit eject
