Wire keeps jambing in hose

Make sure you are using a high quality brand of wire. Don't use the junk Harbor Freight sells. Use Hobart or Lincoln Electric. Also make sure your wire feed setting isn't too fast.

Need a new torch assy for my clarke 130.

Go to your nearest Praxair store and ask for a tweco mini gun with a clarke adapter. Tweco accesories are available at all welding stores.

Clarke EN130 wire feed welder- torch head parts?

Doesn't sound like much Tech support or parts support through those guys. Time to sell welder and find some good customer service. I personally like Lincoln, they have a great support staff and are awesome helping out schools and providing educational opportunities for students. When buying check on support staff and parts availability before choosing a big ticket item.

Runs but gun dosenot opreate, it is a clarke 130en

The only things I can think of are:
  • The tension on the coil of welding wire is too tight and needs slackening off.
  • The feed rollers need cleaning and the tension adjusting.
If none of these solutions solve your problem then I can not help you any further.
