Windows media player does not reconise that my mp3 player is pluged in

Windows media player is saying no device detected when I have my neo Fusion mp3 player pluged into the usb port

    yes I thought of that but the usb cable is not a normal sized one it's tiny I don't know where to get another of the same size?.

    Although when the mp3 is pluged into the pc the screen on the mp3 lights up showing that there is a connection between the 2 but it sugestes that both devices are sleeping as it has a picture of zzzzzzzzzzz's coming from both.

    I hope you know the Neo Fusion mp3 as I got it in the mail the other day with no paper instructions just a tiny cd which I assume is the driver, I loaded set up utilitys on to the pc but there are lots of other files applications on the cd that don't make any sence to me just letters and numbers. And no instruction to tell me what to press, I don't like it Help please

    ok so I have downloaded the driver zip file but I am useing cam un zip to un zip it and am presented with differant drivers all of which I don't understand things like drivers/ttp200.inf other ones with sys and exe at the end and I dont know which one to unzip. It's not easy!!!!!!

    Anyone want to buy an mp3 player

    Help please tell me which one to unzip

You may want to check the usb cable my camera had the same problem last week. swithed the cable with another and it worked fine.

    Okay. Neo fusion was produced by SS1America it is discontinued, But they have a driver download for all neo mp3 players at the following link. just scroll down the page you will see the driver download for which ever operating system you have. i would print out the instructions. hope this helps. Let me know if it doesnt, and I will try to find some other recourse for you. Here is the link.

    Usuall the one with .exe is the application file. It should also have a read me file with the instructions. Let me know if you need any further help.

Go to device manager and scan for new devices.....this should solve the problem......

I have a creative zen when i plug it into the computer, the computer wont reconise it and the zen reads clean up
hi,,not sure if u have tried this yet ,,,but open up windows media and sunc the zen,or change the setting on the zen in windows,as a portable device,,,if that doesnt reconise it, u have to reinstall the zen driver disk,,and click on full install instead of recomended installation,,

Windows media player says no device connected
Windows Media Player has a limit of 3 portable devices that can be detected at any one time. I would uninstall every mp3 player's software that is installed on that machine and try again.

i have a mp4 player brand name ikasu now it is not being reconised in the usb drive i have lookin in the secotion computer nd it hasent *** up it dosent say any thing usefull in the manual and clearlyt doesent have it in my windows media and when i plug it in it starts chagin when i also dont know how to get music on it i have windowns media player and i am on vista home premiare i dont have a clue how to get music on any ideas ?

My computer wont recognize my mp3
I know this is only part of the solution:
- turn off your sansa clip
- put the slide button on hold
- press the centered button while connecting the sansa clip to your pc
the sansa clip will now be visible as a removable disk under 'my computer' :-)

I don't yet know how to proceed from here on

How to download on to the fusion mp3/mp4 player from itunes
I have the fusion mp4-mp3 and found that you have to drag and drop from limewire or windows media. I plugged the fusion into my computer and it comes up as an external drive. double click and it opens up the fusion. I then opened limewire and was able to drag and drop the music into it. Hope this helps.

Usb device not reconised by windows media player-
try finding this usb mass storage device driver on the windows xp cristal.
1.first instal the cd driver giver from samsung alias samsung media studio 5.
2.then restart computer.
3.plug the yp-u3 and then maybe is ok

WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER WONT DETECT DEVICE
i had a similar problem (would not load driver) and was able to solve with the following: 1. install version 10 or greater of windows media player. 2. in Device Manager (hardware tab on System in Control Panel) right click the ? Samsung YP-T7J and pick update driver 3. Select No, not this time, Next> 4. Install from a list...., Next> 5. Don't search, I will choose.., Next> 6. Select Portable Devices, Next> 7. Select MTP Device, Next> 8. The drivers are copied and the device is recognized. There are other prompts depending on your media player config, but only pertains to how the device is handled. jlw.
