How to re-fit front rubber seal on Lavamat

Hi - I removed the front rubber seal on my AEG Lavamat to clean it, but now I cannot fit it back again. Please can you advise. Thanks

The seal is mounted to the outertub with a big spring, an on the frint with a plastic ring. Not very easy.

go to the manufactures website and download the user manual and look in the trouble shooting guide for a possible answer if you cant find one I would call back the engineer and ask him to give you an answer as the machine worked before he fitted the new rubber, good luck eric

How do i re set an EFO code on an AEG LAVAMAT

you just need to mop up the water inside the cabinet to allow the float switch in the base to reset.check there is nothing stopping the float returning to the floor. a small leak from the door seal can cause enough of a leak to trip it . clean the door glass and seal to stop this. or change the door seal.

Detergent drawer does not empty detergent

hi! remove your powder draw, it should just pull out with a wiggle,give it a good clean in hot water, before you put it back give the draw hola a god clean with a bottle brush and hot water! good luck

Rubber gasket

Hi again,

Rubber gasket due to their function would be tight fitting, you may need to force it out. Often it would have a lip or locking protrusion to keep it in places. The hard part is being able to remove a portion of it off the framework and the rest will follow.
