Try master resetting the phone, if that does not correct the phone issue with the camera, you will have to get the phone flash....this can be done by taking the phone to a mobile service center.
Try to find anything that prevents the printer form moving the paper or print head. If everything is fine try reinstalling the printer driver.
If that does'nt work... get your printer serviced.
