If you already tried everything probably you already find the solution.... nah im just messing with you ^_^.... usually the problem of people and laptop sounds is when they reinstall the OS of the unit and forgot to installs the drivers.... try that one out and hope it helps you... the laptop driver is in the CD comes with the unit when you bought it...

My desktop has integrated speakers and just recently stopped working, no sound. Cannot figure out why, everything seems in order but no sound. Purchased new from Best Buy, December 2009

Please do the following:
Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices and make sure that your settings are set to those speakers. If there are three different options try everyone and see if it works. If this does not work, please make sure you have the right sound driver installaed. You can install the driver's you may need at your provider's website
ie. Dell, Hp, Toshiba, etc...

Hope this solves your problem. Please don't forget to rate, Thanks!

My computer wont load farmville on facebook but it works when i do it on other computers' plz help

Please try the same with another explorer. Or reset the IE

Reset IE : Right Click on IE > Click on Internet Options > Click on the tab that says Advanced > Click Reset button .

Try using the Google Chrome.

If that too does not work. Try Uninstalling IE using the add remove programs.

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Uncheck the IE box > Next > Finish

To Reinstall IE

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Check the IE box > Next > Finish.

Last Resort would be a recovery.

firefox is far less prone to problems than IE because it doesn't allow these internet programs/spyware codes to run. I'd ditch IE

To get it back to normal click on control panel >internet options>
delete history and temp files and cookies, on the privacy tab makes sure disable toolbars.... is ticked
on programs tab click on manage add ons and remove everything, you can always get what you need later.
on advanced tab click on reset.

install something like microsoft security essentials to protect your system
let us know if this works :O)

Speakers

Plug the speakers into your iPod. Any sound?
You may need to maximize the volume-control on the iPod *AND* on your speakers, but you should hear some sound, if the speakers are working.

Try a different set of speakers on your computer.

Make sure that you have not "muted" nor "minimized" the sound on your computer.

Make sure that the speakers are plugged-in to the "green" socket on your computer.
