On the Print Window.
1. Click on the Properties button.
2. Click the Color Tab and Choose the "Print in Grayscale" option and Select "Black ink only"
3. Click the Printing Shortcuts Tab. Click the "Save As" button and assign a shortcut name you can remember.
4. Then click "OK". and print.
5. The next time you print a document just look for that in the printing shortcuts.

The AR-C26TxU toner cartridges are only made for the AR-C260, AR-BC260, and AR-BC320. The cartridges are unique for these models in that they are the only ones in Sharp's entire color cartridge line that contain both toner and developer. I'm afraid you're going to be stuck with OEM in this instance, sorry.

If you know the IP address, connect the printer with a laptop using a cross cable. Go to the printer web page by typing the IP address of the machine in the Internet explorer. Browse the menu under network setting and save after you change the gateway

login to the copiers web interface (the ip address of the printer ex: 192.168.XX.XX) you will see Network Scanning. Here you can change all the scanning e-mail options.

Disable printer spooling in the printer properties and enable direct print
