I got an samsung b3410 and when i acces an youtube video it sayz "content not suported".Same problem with any kind of video i transfer on the phone(mp4,3gp, tried all the converting softwares possible).

After I searched for you, I found that your mobile phone support MP4/H.263/H.264 QVGA @13fps video. So you should put your videos to MP4 format with 320*240 resolution and then put into your mobile Phone. You can try to use Leawo free MP4 Converter (http://www.leawo.com/video-converter/fre... ) to reduce the resolution and change the code of MP4 videos.

Hi, I am also a samsung user, but mine is the samsung star. It has the same specs, so for you to be able to play mp4, make sure that you have the correct format, our phone supports .mp4 and .3gp formats. To transfer videos to your phone, you cna use the pc suite or you can use the mass storage.

Possibly the phone is too low end to play online video. Besides, it does not have 3g/4g network so you will need to wait for the video to download before playing.

Do let us know what is the video website so we can see if the video format is supported.

Note, that video files are usually very large and will consume your data quickly. if you do not have dataplan, you can expect a hefty bill at the end of the month.

Phones doen't plays youtube videos as they r usualy in.flv fromat...So you should covert them into your Phones supprted format i.e .mp4 or .mpeg etc then transfer them to phone they will run......

Make sure the video you are trying to play is in MPEG4/MP4 format since that's the only format that's supported by Samsung B3410.If not,then use a free MP4 converter such as Leawo free MP4 converter,it can convert video formats such as VOB,AVI and MPEG to MP4 format.

Use total video converter to convert video in Mp4

convert to AVC H.246 MP4 then goto
Setting->video option
in that set Frame rate to 15 and Bit rate to 400 or 500....then convert......its play in full screen in corby plus .......
I use that....and its work........

Bought my new Samsung B341 a week ago. I am getting 'content not supported' when I try to play converted MP4 videos on my Samsung B3410. The specs say the phone should be able to play MP4 but it's not...
why not try sgp foramt? that is the video format supported by almost all cellphone
Just get this tool to help you.
1. load your file to Video Sharer
2. choose 3gpI format
3. click" convert" button.
Then you will get the right format.
