I have white dots on my sansung tv 50'' , where do i go to find help unhappy

Call 1-800-samsung. this is a problem they will repair for free. the DLP chip needs to be replaced.

the white dots our dead pixles im afraid the only way of fixing this is buying a new display, if you contact samsung and let them no they should be able to give you the price of a new display.

Looks like a bad Video Processor chip. Have you tried the Sansung Service centre?

Lcd screen damaged by kid hitting on screen by buttter knife

The front main screen polarizer is damaged. Only two options are available for it. 1. Order a replacement panel, which will cost more that what u probably bought the tv for. 2. Buy a new TV.
