Hello, basically, that's the curse of Windows 7. Unless the manufacturer of the peripherals is prepared to support the older stuff by writing new drivers for it, (and, of course, he won't make any money from that!) there's nothing we can do except shell out for new stuff that IS supported under W7. Personally, I'm sticking to XP Pro, as it's never let me down and there's bags of life in it yet.

F62 error is a problem with the lamp gain on the rear page camera . Usually removing the camera & cleaning the optics will sort it out . The scanner will need a good service & shading adjustment as well . Only attempt this work if you are familiar with CCD Devices & care, as damage through mistakes can be very expensive .

If you still have the CD that came with your scanner, put it in and you should be able to install the Panasonic Scanner User Utility. The utility has the buttons to allow you to clear the counter(s).
