Cancelling mothly paypal payment

<span><span>You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment. <br /><br />To cancel the payment from your bank:<br /><br />1. Log in to your PayPal account. <br />2.
