It printing but with black forms on paper

Your problem is that your Teflon coating on the fuser is very worn.
You need a new fuser, as the failures here are not always visible, because the black spots are formed to get the paper and fading with every turn.
But re-form when it enters another sheet with toner to the fuser and we start the cycle again.

hi i have printing problem when i was gave print after output on print right hand side in some lines in black form contiuos print on paper.

Sounds like the JEt for the Black might have clogged or the print head has malfunctioned.

If tou put in a two part form and it types on the second form the ribbon is either empty of not lifting up. If it isn't lifting up there is a large black gear on the rt. side of the printer, wiggle it back and forth they sometimes jam tooth for tooth.

ok, What cartridges are you using, Are the Canon cartridges?
What paper are you using, is it Canon paper?

If you are to both of these it could be wise ordering a printhead, but this is mostly caused in the uk by None Canon Paper.

Please let me know what you are using?

crumpled papers are due to something stuck inside, or the rollers are dirty, causing a misfeed

new print drivers are sometimes needed after fixya this sort of issue. get em here

I have come accross this problem on a number of sites. It may be the Paper Out sensor. It works by emitting light from one half of the sensor reflectiong it of the paer and picking it up with the other half of the sensor. When no paper is present, the light cannot reflect and hense a paper out error is reported. I have seen this error occur when paper with dark backing ( like that for bank and tax forms ) is used.
