Question about Rio Forge Sport Digital Media Player
I have an external hard drive with all my music on it hooked up to my desktop via a usb cable. But as soon as I plug in my Rio Forge to my computer to transfer music I have a failure in my external hard drive and I cannot access any of the files on it. Do you have any idea why this happens. It is the only time I experience any problems with any of the devices. Thank you!
Not sure but when i plug in mine, it also shows another USB drive labeled as if it also were linked to the Rio player when it is most certainly not. ...maybe a manufacture or firmware error?
