My mp3 player freezes on refresh database and i cant do anything else
what should i do?

I suggest that you should reformat mp3 player it might contain virusessandisk mp3 player - 1.gif, and other malicious programs. After reformat your mp3 player will be as good as new.



I have the same problem if i can't go on my mp3 when everytime it refreshes and freezez like wut xdiabolicx said how can i reformat mp3 player

I suggest that you should reformat mp3 player it might contain viruses, and other malicious programs. After reformat your mp3 player will be as good as new.

It freezes when it says refreshing database.i erased all the songs because out of nowhere it said most of my songs were bad tracks so i erased all of them then when i turned it on it says refreshing...

your mp3 player's software got corrupted...please go to your nearest SanDisk customer care....if warranty period of the mp3 player is still there....they ll reinstall the software for free...other wise they charge u some minimum cost....

Frozen while on the refresh database screen

Try holding the power button for about 15-20 seconds. This usally shuts the whole thing down.

It may refresh the database as normal next time.

Refresh database

You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

SANSA e260 will no longer get further than 25% of refresh database & freezes

I would recommend that you update the firmware on the device..Once the firmware is updated you shouldnt have that problem anymore..I hope that helps

Stuck on refreshing database...

I feel that the problem you are having is because the firmware that is currently on the device is corrupted...i would recommend you to go to the sandisk website to get the latest firmware upgrafe for your device..the link for the firmware upgrade is below..I hope that helps...if you have any more problems please contact me....
