When turning on it goes to loading but then freezes and won't cut off

check idle control valve or actuator it raises the engine revs to help it deal with the extra load on the engine when drive is selected

Whe the lamp exceeds 2100 hours (up to 3100 hours in ECO mode) of service, the projector cannot turn onand the menu is not displayed. If this happens, press the HELP button on the remote for 10 seconds to reset the lamp clock back to zero. When the lamp clock is reset to zero, the LAMP indicator goes out.

Whe it cuts out will the engine turn over without a jump? If it won't turn over until you jump it get a volt meter and check voltage at the batty once it starts. You should have more than 14 volts. If you have 12 or less the alternator is not charging

The main board is uauslly at fault with that tyype symptom. You can get themain board from www.tvcircuitboards.com

Stop using the camera for downloads and start using a separate card reader.

The laser is wearing out. If it is under warranty you can send it back to Sony for free repair. If not, they will charge you $150 to fix it.

try to download firefox from firefox.com. if this one moves fine than it is ie issue. u can also try google chrome.

check the gasket and make sure that it it not pinched and letting in air whe the door closes. primaryly around where the hinges are.;

do you read your mail from your browser, or a program like outlook/outlook express?

if it's your browser then make sure javascript is turned on

if it's trough outlook, make sure javascript is turned on in Internet Explorer

if they are both turned on try connecting from another computer, maybe the files are missing on the server
