Hello.had my machine for about a year now.Has just stopped working properly.Heats up and lights go to auto.Does not make the loud pumping noise any more, and no water is pumped.After about one minute makes a winding down noise and goes to manual as normal.Is it broken ? . Regards Caroline
I found that most problems around the tassimo relate to the peircing mechanism being clean and properly in place (it moves sometimes when you open the lid), or that the "window" that reads the barcode needs to be kept clean. When i've gotten all lights blinking or going right to manual, I have found cleaning the window seems to fix the problem more often than not.
