MWalker-B323 Neptune my mp3 got stuck when i switch it on...so, how can i solve this problem.. it just view the word ' starting' when i switch it on..please solve this problem because i just bought it last week.

    my mp3 neptune b323 have a problem when i connect it to my computer cann't read it...it say usb device not recognized....

    the B323 Neptune is not responding, and only showing starting. even after I switch off and then on again, same "starting" display ed on the screen. there is no fix on internet now. please notify me when it is available. Just bought 2 months ago.. [email protected]

Sorry..i was try ur suggestion..but that prgram cannot detect my driver during i connect to my laptop, any other suggestion?thanx for yje suggetion bfore

If it only runs with start button held in then you have a problem with the door switch. Check to be sure the wires are on it. Here is the switch to order in case it is bad.

I had the same problem....ok here's what you do, make sure the ZEN is off first then switch it on my pushing the switch down (like usual).So switch it on and press the play/pause button at the same time. It may take a couple of tries but after you get it, the screen will say "Recovery Mode" at the top. Now go down to "Clean Up" and click it. It will then ask, "Disk cleanup will be performed. Continue?" Click yes. When it's done, turn off the ZEN and turn it back on. Does it work!? Ha I'm a 13 year old genius.

Neptune Dryer Time keeps going forever
your problem is most likely an issue with the start button. if it is stuck, the dryer will keep running even though it has passed the off position. your start switch probably needs replaced. Joe

hi racheltanyl..i found the solution! i found it after spending 1 hr clicking on my new mwalker neptune b323..

u just have to click M (menu) when the song is playing...and then clik "Repeat"..after that click "Normal" instead of "Intro"..
that's all!

but, i think maybe u already solved the problem.. =)
