Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
I found that connecting the MP3 player to the computer with the patch cord causes the player to reset and eliminates the problem. It only takes a few moments,just disconnect when the pc tells you it is safe to remove the device.

Firmware update for ilo 256 mp3
Click on the following link and follow the instructions for downloading the updater. However, instead of opening or running the update, please save it to your desktop (or other location on your computer) and run it from there.

I had the same problem so I pluged it in to the computer for a few minutes and then it worked

When you were downloading music you must of got a virus.
