You need to clean your pick up roller or replace it. I use rubber restorer you can use 91% isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip. Please clean quickly. Don't use anything below this % or you can damage your roller. This should do the job. Let me know if this works.

Do not use alcohol on your printer. You may want to use a little water first before using anything else. Your printer can get damaged if you try using alcohol. Please be very careful.

Use a paper deroller, or strengthen the vinyl backing by adding some sticker on it's back side so it won't curl this much. Packing tape should do it.

Will not grip paper

Try this:

Unplug turn off your printer.
unplug its power cable
lift the printer up
put it in an upside down position
shake the printer from left to right for 2 mins.

This troubleshooting will help you find out if there's any foreign object stuck inside the printer.

after that put the printer back to its position, turn it on then try a test print.

If you can also locate the rollers at the back of the printer, try to clean it as well.

We are printing round labels on a 170XiIII plus I have no blackmark so it?s very difficult to calibrate this label When the printjob starts it backfeeds but not far enough to print the complete label I?ve...

No, well not really, the printer requires a area that it is allowed to touch where there is no image being laid, for if it did so allow ink on that area it would go on to the feed rollers and prevent them from gripping you paper.and producing marks on the edges..

but I guess, one may be able.. to place or stick a fake lead edge of paper on your paper, so that your printer may be able to grip your paper,, and you can place your image, or even putting in a custom page size that is ,20 inch extra long incorrect....

although this may work, the printer may or probably will indicate or go into a jam at the end of print due to page length being detected incorrectly, so you couldn't do a run, may get print warnings, and rear exit edge wouldn't print... but it might get you one at a time....give it a go, I'm only trying to explain why we need that edge and the back we can get a grip :)..hope this helps cheers..

Magicolor 2500W keeps faulting when printing reverse side of already printed sheets. Will not pick up sheet from tray

Possibly the paper grip rollers (inside at bottom rear) are waxed and not gripping. Take a small drop of Isopropyl alcohol and wipe the surfaces clean, this usually works.

Paper pulls to the right, jams, won't print, tried different paper still won't print

Sounds like the feed rollers need cleaning.
Clean the feed rollers, lint free cloth, bottled water.
wait for them to properly dry

Revolve the feed roller bar as you clean them, to clean the feed rollers all the way round, remove all particles from them.

Check you ADF grips are set correctly, if not you will get mis-fed sheets. check the tray is sat properly too or mis-feeds.

Check paper size is correct in print properties too.
Should be good then
Try print.

Does it jam at the fuser when doing a single print?

These machines have a Maintenance kit required every 200 000 prints, these MK's include all feed rollers, a transfer roller and the entire fuser assy. To replace the kit fixes all issues I've seen in these printers besides when the cartridge affects print quality.

If it is jamming at the fuser on a single print done via the printer operations panel, and your paper is fresh, it could only be the feed roller having trouble gripping the paper or the fuser not turning/stuffed.

Feed Kit, I have my doubts as to this being your problem

Maintenance Kit Fixes 98% of the time

Was is noisy before it died?
I have seen a few with stuffed fuser drive gears but not many and customers could hear it wearing.

How many prints since last MK? via keypad print a configuration page, count is there ie pages since last maintenance xxxxxx
