The zero capture is out of the 2percent tolerance so the cell is either faulty or requires zeroing. Open the unit and press and hold the micro switch on the left of the board. The display flashes s. Press the zero key to change to flashing E. Press store to scroll to zero balance. Press semi auto tare. This captures zero without clearing the span calibration. The display will scroll around for a short period when complete press store.. Release the micro switch and scale will go thru warm up routine then display zero. Hope this helps, regs Darren.
