Oh my! If it looks like a starburst or something very odd she may have damaged the front screen unit----called a display panel----if this is the case you are finished---fatal case.
If you post a good photo of it here or elsewhere where I can see it (Photobucket or Facebook with a link) I can tell if I see it if this is the case.
The screen units are extremely fragile and I have seen one destroyed by a small child gently slapping the screen......
Tries go into the computer Control panel go to monitor resolution change it lower resolution like 1020 to 800 should solved ur video problems, scrambling video is tv not supporting the current resolutions.
Could be something as simple as the wrong settings on the TV/360. Also it could be an internal issue, generally associated with the (H) ANA chip (the chip responsible for E74) as it handles the video output. If it's not the settings, and if the console is under warranty send it in to MS. If not, find a reputable person to help you out with repair.
there is a complete section in the tv that translate the different resolutions from the different out side video sources you normally use to the TV native resolution. That area has to be replaced. Is a module repair needed. Don't get scare. now days this kind of repair is normal and has to be included in the repair price to see if is economical to repair.
