Dear, PUK code is not personally asked by your phone, it is asked by your sim card.
you must have putted a wrong PIN code 3 times, thats why your sim gets lock temporarly, but now if you enter a wrong PUK CODE 10 times, then your sim may gets locked for parmanently.

hi, the puk code is a code locked into the sim card the only way you can get this code is by calling your service provider their is no way you can change the puk code as its locked into the sim.

The main reason the phone asks for puk code is if the user has entered the wrong lock code more than 5 times then the phone will ask for the puk code.

All you need to do is call your service provider and they will give you this code over the phone for free write it down for future reference but remember this code will only work with that one sim card.

Dont try entering the wrong puk code more than five times if you do your phone is hard locked and can no longer be used.

So call your service provider and ask them for the puk code they dont charge for this and it will get your phone working again.

call ur mobile service customer care number and ask ur puk code from them...they will ask ur last 4digit sim card number...give tat number to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur operation

The only way to fix this issue is to contact your service provider.Only they can help you get the PUK code.

Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally.... PUK (Presonal identety unlock code) only given by ur mobile operator
there is no way to know the puk..
so call customer care by other mobile (ur friend mob) ask them ur puk they will help u..

one thing remember never try again to type unknown puk code it will lock ur SIM parmanetly
