Hello,i am using window XP.i am facing internet problem from last 20-25 days.sometimes i am able to connect the internet and sometime not.once i disconnect the connection and again tried to connect it cant connect than i do restart my computer once or more time than it connect.so tell me what is problem and how can i solve it.

SOURCE: Turn on computer sometimes it goes into Windows sometimes it doesnt

Right Click My Computer, Click Properties.
Click Advanced
Click Settings
Uncheck "Automatically Restart"

This will allow you to see the message that caused the restart.

Sounds like its memory, or the mainboard.

SOURCE: wireless internet connection keeps cutting out

the main problem is the wireless card, i have tried everything. i ended uninstalling acer edata connection manager (or something like this) leting vista to make the connection to the network, but still have the problem. I can get long time internet sesion, but some times it gets... well it last five minutes, then go dawn.
So i turn off the wireless for a short time, then turn it on, by this way i get connected again hoping not getting disconnected.
I didn't tried using another wireless card, meybe i should try.

Hii,

* If you can connect after disconnecting power and reconnecting, it means there is formation of static charge on modem

* Check whether there is any cordless phone or any other satellite devices next to the modem. If so, move the modem 10 feet away.

* If your modem is placed on carpet, please place it on wooden desk

For guest:
Do you see the power is also interrupted while loosing connection? If so try plugging the modem into different socket. Dont waste money for simple problems.

You probably need to reinstall the driver.
