To reset i Phone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and
the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this
time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black,
but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo
appears.
If i Phone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond
Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
If that doesn't work, turn i Phone off and turn it
on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of i Phone for a
10 seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then
press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't work, reset i Phone. Press and
hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Hi, Please don't worry this is caused because of various reasons. The lights explains what could be the problem
Orange and Yellow lights mean no defects in the mobile.Orange is phone battery is very low.Yellow is for boot up..
Red light means-You have power management problem. You have to understand why it is being caused..
1)Due to dead battery. The phone will charge but you phone battery will not get charged it acts like it is getting charged.Behind the scene it cant store the charge. 2)Due to charger is not working properly no charge in the battery.
So you have replace this accordingly..
Please try this some time phone booting may be stopped, This is not a solution when the battery is dead or fully down....
Sometimes The boot cycle of the phone is stopped. You have to start it.Remove the battery and place it again and press the red 'end' button continuously until the red light flashing stays on.Press green button' call' button and hold the red button...Now press these two buttons alternatively until you see hour glass symbol. Now when you see hour glass wait and see the phone booting....
Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
I am personally using a Plantronics CS60 wireless headset with a Meridian Nortel M2006 Phone and it works just fine.
Here is how you can setup the Plantronics CS60 wireless headset.
NOTE: Before setting up the system make sure the IntelliStand switch (on the right side of the charging base) is in the "_" position and NOT the "=" position.
The headset and the base unit are supplied subscribed to each other. However, if you wish to use a replacement headset with the base unit (or if you lose your connection to the base unit), then you must re-subscribe as follows:
1. Return the headset to the charging base.
2. Press and hold both the + and - buttons on the back of the charging base until the red light on the front of the base starts to flash.
3. Let go of both buttons. The red light should continue to flash.
4. Press the mute switch (black wheel on the top of the headset) straight down until a green light appears on the headset, then let go of the wheel, and the light should remain on the headset.
5. Resubscription is finished when the red light on the base is fully illuminated and the green light on the headset disappears.
6. Remove the headset from the charging base lift telephone handset/press headset button if not using a handset lifter. The headset and base should now be connected.
To turn on the LG KS360 (webslider) you simply have to press and hold in the RED end call button. make sure that it is charged and that the battery is in it
hope i helped
Please note that your hand receiver has to be off the hook when using the headset.
This is correct, additionally you can use a handset lifter accessory, such as the HL1 or HL10.
Subscribing Headset to Base:

1. Return the headset to the charging base.

3. Let go of both buttons. The red light should continue to flash.

5. Resubscription is finished when the red light on the base is fully illuminated and the green light on the headset disappears.
6. Remove the headset from the charging base lift telephone handset/press headset button if not using a handset lifter. The headset and base should now be connected.
7. If this procedure does not resolve your issue to try a system reset.
Try this: Take your SIM card out. Make sure your phone battery is fully charged. Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know. You need someone to press the ON button.
