Have purchased before 3 year a laptop . my laptop model no is Satelite Pro A120/ PTA 83L-04902N . Now due to some virus affected i have to format and reinstalled the software. But unfortunately i have missed out my original CD. Hence we kindly request you to give me a link to download the preloaded software (XP) for toshiba laptop. please do the needful.

You normally get recovery cd with your laptop. ok you can use a win xp cd from friends or relatives and use the serials from your laptop to install the os.

Hi, when a phone displays"error operation failed", it's due to Virus that has affected the phone media player.
You will need to format or flash the phone to restore back the media player.
First: better use kasperaskey anti virus. If your desktop pc or laptop has antivirus, have your pc scan your fon memory through bluetooth, or usb cable

Run check disk for hard drive errors. I recommend immediately backing up all your data that you can, wiping it, and reinstalling your programs. The rebooting problem smells like a bad hard drive. I just went through it with a Compaq at work.
check in my computer if theres a cd/dvd near with drive C: or D: etc...
if not there, you reboot the laptop and press F2 to bios setup and check the cd/dvd setting if detect,if not, hardware problem...if it is detecting and not showing in windows,theres a virus in the regestry,i think so..try to scan..if not come...format..finish
The notebook that you have is a non-US model therefore you won't be able to find the drivers on the Toshiba US website. You can check it from the EMEA website which can be found on this site --->

if you can access the internet, visit support.toshiba.com. this website is dedicated for toshiba laptops purchased in the US. go to downloads and look for the specific model of toshiba laptop. you can check the drivers and download it from that website. if you have an older model of toshiba laptop, kindly click on archived models.
This comes straight from MICROSOFT: Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes to reinstall or upgrade the driver.
