My guess is that the engineers at PTC haven't figured out how make their products compatible with Windows 7! I painfully found that MathCad 14, 13, 11 do not work on Windows 7 (I have Windows 7 Pro)! They install, but the application can't even start! However, MathCad 2000 does work on this outstanding platform; I was amazed! You could use that version in the meantime, hoping that PTC will solve this problem soon! Or install Mathcad 14 on the virtual PC that works in XP mode.
If there is no logo for windows 7 then it is not compatible for the windows 7. You can try to download the driver from the manufactor's website, if there is a driver update.
