How do you move pic's from your camera to your memory card? my wife took great pic's, but did not have a card in her Samsung S630. They are still on the camera, but we don't know how to save them to the memory card and therefore cannot go from card reader to computer. any idea? I'm sure this is a dumb question, but we have tried everything thing we can think of

REMOVED YOUR MEMORY CARD IN THE CAMERA, THEN PUT THE MEMORY CARD IN THE THE CARDREADER OF YOUR PC OR LAPTOP THEN YOU WILL SEE THE PICTURE THAT YOUVE BEEN CROP.

They are probably still there. Get yourself a card reader and use it to download your pics.

In the Setup menu there should be either a "Backup" or "Copy" entry that will copy your pictures from internal memory to the memory card. This does a copy, not a move, so you'll have to delete the pictures afterward (after you safely transfer the pictures to your computer, of course). The operation can also take a while, so make sure your batteries have a good charge.

I think you memory card slot in the trouble, if you have try to use another memory card and the result is the same. You can try to clean up your memory card slot.

Have you tried to format the memory card in the camera?
Try that, follow the directions in the manual on formatting the card. That should work.

If you choose the format option in the camera's menu it will basically format your memory card or the internal memory if you don't have a card. Formatting will erase all your pictures, try not to choose this option until you have backed up all your pictures to a computer.

you may try resetting it to factory settings, try to search for it in the camera menu. as for your second question; some cameras have internal memory,thus doesn't need memory card while others don't have internal memory and needs memory card.

There is a small sliding tab on the side ot the card. Slide it the other way

It was suggested that you remove the batteries and memory card for about ten minutes, then replace. It worked for mine, and works great now.
