Question about Freezers
Recenly the freezer door has become more difficult to close - I have checked that the drawers are pushed flush against the back of the freezer and that there is no ice build up blocking them but they still seem to be sticking out too far forward. Today I have taken the drawers out and just stacked the food in there and the door has closed ok. Can you help please ?
I have the same problem, is the panel easy to undo?

Hi friend, I appreciate your post!
I see your question is labeled under Frigidaire refrigerator, FGHB2844LF, and you are having difficulty engaging the water filter. Based off that model you should be able to push on the face of the water filter and slide the old cartridge out. First, to install the new cartridge you would need to remove the caps off of it. Secondly, using the alignment guide slide the new filter into the housing until it stops against the snap-in connector. Thirdly, push firmly until you hear the click which indicates that your filter has been engaged. Lastly press a glass against the water dispenser to verify no leaks are present at the filter housing. Hope this helps. -Matt
