Question about iRiver T20 MP3 Player
I purchased an iriver T20 mp3 player but cant play or open it with my wondows XP pc. It says cant find the driver to open the device. Please help
Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. XP has all the right drivers but the iRiver needs to synchronise with Media Player inorder to transfer music onto the player using the sync function. Get Media Player 10 or higher then plug the iRiver into the computer.

It happened also to me. It seems is no problem with my mp3 device. windows must be updated with the right driver for USB mass storage.

XP should display it as a drive in "My Computer". It may require a firmware upgrade. This can be downloaded from T20 Firmware Upgrade V1.71
No Guarantees....Hope this helps.
