When people call me i can here them, but they can't hear me.
That does not mean the phone is stuck on mute , you need to have the microphone on your phone replaced.....take it to a mobile service center or a profe.ssional mobile technican close to you and have them replace it for you.
Starting 2/17/08, I have 2 Samsung phones that went "mute" in the same afternoon. There is no sound when sending or receiving calls and it shows mute. (there is sound when turning the phone on/off)
Any solutions?

My Samsung cellphone has sound when turned on/off, but when sending or receiving calls its muted starting on 2/17/08. Cooincidentally, another Samsung phone that we have "muted" on the same day...what's happening? I've taken it to the dealer and they are unable to "fix" the problem.
I have the same problem. When I go to sounds, there are only two options that I have...mute or vibrate. How do I go to an option to turn off the mute and get back to ringing for incoming calls
