I have a Panasonic SD-H80 camcorder that came with the Panasonic VideoCam Suite 2 software. When I try to import one of my video files from the camcorder/software (mpeg 4 format) into Windows Movie Maker, Windows MovieMaker only recognizes the file as an audio file? How do I get it to recognize it as video? Thanks.

Hi, the VideoCam software isn't compatible with Windows 7, but you can still copy videos and pictures to your computer and edit or view them with other software. Videos are saved by default as MPEG-2 files, and photos are saved as JPEG files -- both of these formats are recognized by a wide variety of programs. (For example, Microsoft's Picture Viewer, which comes with Windows, can display JPEGs, and Microsoft Office Picture Manager can edit them.)
All right, the following section will show you the best way to help you with the download.
Download: 1. Download, install and launch Video Download Studio from http://www.downloadvideos-convert.com/download-videos-music. 2. Click” add URL” button to paste the URL of the video you want to download. ( or you can play the video on dailymotion and click “auto capture”, Video Download Studio will automatically capture and download the video for you.) 3. Download details will showed on the working window.

HI Yahiya. Most likely you previously installed videocam suite software using the NTSC format. Try reinstalling it using PAL format. This is the same problem i encountered on a Panasonic SDR-H90. I hope this will solve your problem.
For the VideoCam Suite 1.0 (software) that comes with the camcorder requires Microsoft Windows xp professional service pack 2 but I have service pack 3. How do I transfer from the videocam to my PC?
