You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

Typically - they have a SUPPORT section that you enter your full model number in, and you can download the manual for free.

Go to managemylife.com. This is a site that (I believe) is sponsored by Sears. Type in your model number under the "Manuals: link and you should find your owner's manual listed in a .pdf (Adobe) format. You can download or print a copy for FREE.

Can you provide the exact Make, Model and Kenmore model number?

Kenmore model numbers use the format ###.########

Using that format, try the Sears Parts site where (on the right of the components page) there may be a section for getting a manual,

The date of manufacture is determined by the SERIAL number. The following link explains:

The first two numbers in the serial number identify the WEEK it was manufactured. The last digit before the number sequence identifies the YEAR.

I have the Service Technician Diagnostic Guide...it was located behind the lower front panel on the right hand side. It's not really a user manual, but wasn't sure what info you needed that you hoped might be in the user manual, as opposed to a Diagnostic Guide.

Take the front panel off your washer. Inside the washer attached to the side you should find a manual that will help you with the error codes.
