How do i progam my bear cat 210 xlz

The 210XL and the 210XLT are nearly identical except for the number of channels, so the 210XL manual should answer any questions you have. You can download and print the manual, at no cost, here:

30 channel 10 band radio scanner uniden 8c60xlt

You listed your question under the BC60XLT, which is a 10-channel scanner. With 30 channels, I'm guessing that yours is actually a BC60XLT-1. To program a known frequency into it:

- Power the scanner ON.
- Press MANUAL.
- Enter the channel number that you wish to program.
- Press MANUAL again. (NOTE: Instead of entering the channel number, you can press MANUAL repeatedly to advance to the desired channel.)
- Enter the frequency, including the decimal point.
- Press E to store the information in memory.
- Repeat the above for other channels.

More detailed information can be found in the scanner operating manual, which you can download/print here:

http://www.uniden.com/pdf/BC60XLT-1om.pdf

If your scanner is a different model, pleasd let me know.

Need help to program my new T.V. to my remote

hold down code until it stays lit, then press tv then keep hitting channel up or channel down (either one can be used, keep pressing channel button til tv changes channels when it does press enter, or ok if enter is not there, it may take awhile maybe a few channel pushes up to 200 and up times, you use this method when you don't know the code for your tv. Hope this helps.

I lost my instruction manual and can only get local, non cable channels.

Go into the menu to channel setup and change the setting from tv back to cable(catv).
