Tge mp3 i just got a tge 1gb mp3 player from sears. I listen to long lectures and every time I turn off my machine it starts the lecture over again anew. Is there a way that it'll just pick up from where I left off...could it be that an mp3 player isn't as "hi-tech" as a tape recorder...help please email [email protected] ATTN DAVID

It's supposed to continue with the song you were listening before turning it off if you don't remove the battery.

Problems in transferring voice (lecture) files to Mac

WMA is a windows standard. You can get the free components for Quicktime from Microsoft's web site. This should solve your problem.

How do you simulate a playlist on an ILO (2 GB) player?

hello, in your wmp have you thought about putting all your music in 1 folder and down loading that as it was just 1 song and the lectures in another so when you went to that folder to play it it would play all from just that folder ? or first download all your music then your lectures so when your playing the music thats all it plays then scroll down to lectures when you want to play them and true the ilo has very little for functions.

Pause function for RCA Lyra RD1072A.

This player does not have the true pause you are looking for. The iPod Nano - 2nd generation - has a true pause - once you hit pause it will stay paused and even go to sleep. When you revive the player it will leave off where you left it.

Creative zen mp3 player's screen suddenly went black with lines.

Most likely the video chip inside has gone bad. Best bet would be to contact Creative via their support number. I wish you the best of luck.

Not playing full recording

Hi,
Maybe it's the preview play option of the player that you are using. It only plays a part of the recording for you to identify if it is the right recording that you are trying to find because the recorded allows you to record more than one file.

Voice Recorder

It could very well be related to Vista - go ahead and upgrade the firmware on this player from the Sandisk website
