Greetings, I believe it depends on the function you are using. Not all burner should come on. Test all function and see..

Using rotisserie in Bravetti Platinum Pro Toaster Oven Broiler

no the bottom element stays off when rotissereie is used . if it was on the liquid that drips from the cooking meat would smoke or might even start a flash fire ....... if this answer helped please rate a3 or 4 stars this high rateing will help keep me in the paid answer department thank you

Hot plate not working

Check the non working plate element for continuity - if open replace it. Otherwise the switch is bogus.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to assist you. One euro-pro's website they do not show the knobs as an available item on this model. However, I am providing you with this link for the manual which shows a parts list at least.

Lost instruction manual for Bravetti Model#TO285 toast/conv.oven

The same unit was marketed under the Euro-Pro name, with the same TO285 model number. The manual, as a PDF, as well some replacement parts are available at this link:
