Try the Matsui Codes. If I'm not mistaken. Evotel is manufactured by Matsui.

Matsui codes: 003, 004, 009, 013, 019, 025, 026, 027, 028, 030, 051, 062 068, 091, 099, 123, 147, 148, 164, 169, 173, 180, 215.

Note: Sometimes, the code depends on what kind of remote control you have. The codes above works best with Gemini Remote controls.

The code for a universal remote, I used a Sky + remote is 1936. Switch tv on and not in standby, press Tv button on remove, press select and red button for 5 secs until you see the IR button flash twice. Enter 1936 code, the IR will flash again twice. Done. Test using remote on/ off button. This works for MATSUI TVR185 TS. If there is a PIN code, reset holding vol - on tv and holding number 7 on remote at same time. You will see a PIN OK message on screen.

The listing I have from "hifi-remote.com" shows the code of 371 for Matsui TV's. It's the only one I found. Hope it helps you.

Have just read up on this. It seems you have to hold the - volume on the front of the TV at the same time as the no 7 on the remote for 5 secs to reset the PIN number.

1) Turn on TV;
2) Press TV on the remote control;
3) Press and hold SETUP, until the red LED indicator blinks twice;
