Line:44char:8862 error:handler already exists. what can i do?

Click on the the refresh button twice. I am a member of facebook farmville community and I had to do that.

I keep getting this error on facebook Handler already existsLine:45 Char:8862 code. I can't open anything on farmville.

Within Internet Explorer, click Tools, and Internet Options, and then delete all temporary Internet files. Close Internet Explorer.
Re-open Internet Explorer.

Is it just one person's FACEBOOK web-page that causes the problem, or does the problem occur on *ALL* FACEBOOK web-pages?

Does the problem occur *ONLY* when accessing FACEBOOK web-pages?
