Cannot get to my start up page after putting my password in,it spins but it doesn't open

If its not working try with the reset of password by going on to the link forgot your password on the login page.

connect your pc to the router with ethernet cable.
open web browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1 (if this doesn't work try 192.168.1.2)
you should get your router's home page.
when asked for user and password type admin for both.
if that doesn't work try admin and password
go through settings to where the password is and change it.
save the changes and you're done.

to change the router password you need to connect to it either with ethernet cable or wireless then open web browser and in address bar type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.2 (depends on router) once router page opens type admin for user name and password if that doesn't work try password for password once in just navigate to password settings and change it.

• Open command prompt->type ipconfig and enter.check default gateway.

• Put the default gateway in the address bar in Internet Explorer and enter...then you will get the router login page.

• Enter the default username and password for login.

• select the "Wireless Settings" link on the left-hand side.

to do this you need to access your router settings.if you connect your pc to your router with an ethernet cable then open your web browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1 you should get your router's settings page. if you don't try typing 192.168.2.1 once it asks you for user and password details type admin for both if that doesn't work try admin and password. once in you should be able to navigate to password settings and enter a password of your choice.

Are you trying to secure wireless network?
Which page is not loading.
You mean the setup page of the router?
What is the model number of your router?
Is your computer wired to the router?
Make sure that your computer is connected to the router with the Ethernet cable. Do not use wireless computer.
If it is not opening the complete page then try to reset and reconfigure it.
If that doesn't work then upgrade the firmware of the router.

dont know which email account you have ??

they have a forgotten password link but you must have another email adress to send your forgotten password to
just open up another email acc at hotmail/live.com

eg: [email protected]
in the right hand corner on the hotmail homepage you should see help center down in the bottom right hand corner tab click on that another page will open you should see another help center click on that again another page will open with account calender contacts essentials

click on the account tab another page will open with if you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in yet another page will open get help with your password problem or signing in click on it you should see something like I forgot my password or I know my password but am having trouble signing in I think someone else is using my hotmail account

at the sign in for your hotmail account click on forgot password tab another page will open then on the reset password tab

Power On your router after after Connecting your adapter, turn on the router, wait for few seconds and then connect the router to your PC's Lan Card Port from one of the ethernet ports (not the labelled internet port). Open your internet browser and type in http://192.168.0.1 (if it doesn't work, use http://192.168.1.1) and press enter to open the page, once it's loaded, you'll be presented with the login page, in the USERNAME box, type in admin and leave PASSWORD blank (empty) and then press Enter. Once you are logged in, go to the admin section and change your password. If Admin panel isn't available, you can look for configure or change password.

Hi,

If your Yahoo account password doesn't work, you will have to reset the password by using the Yahoo password reset wizard.

To open the password reset wizard, click here

Then on the page which opens, select "My password doesn't work" from the options and click Next.

Enter your email id and also identify and enter the security code displayed in the captcha box.

Now click Next button. On the next page, select the alternate email id or the answers to the two security questions which you have provided while registering the email account.

You will then receive a password reset email from Yahoo on your alternate email address.

Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password. Hope this solves your problem.

Hi,

Open new internet explorer tab and type

http://192.168.1.1/ (If it doesn' ask for username and password try below address)
http://www.routerlogin.net

Ckeck if it asks for username and password

If ask give

username : admin
password : password

Now will be navigated to router configuration area

Now our next job is to navigate to wireless settings ( left side)

security option click on wpa/wpa2


now on passphrase enter new password

click on save button to save the settings

That'a all

Note: all devices that is connected to router via wireless will loose the connection . Now you have reconnect it using the new password
