The best cleaner for roller that I use is called Goo Gone from home depo. You can use alchol or finger nail paint remover but it won't clean as well as Goo Gone. Here is a website you can get it for cheaper.

How do i clean printer head on phaser 3500

From what I can remember you can only clean heads via the control panel you can't clean them manually with a cloth if that's your thoughts.
Search for purging heads and keep running off solid test prints.
I'm wondering if the colour head with a problem is Cyan.
If you can't fix it then it could be expensive.
Sorry!
Good luck.

  2. clean the rollers with regular rubbing alcohol sometimes the rollers get way dirty to pick up the paper.

Phaser 6250 transfer roller

Hi clwest: I hope that this will help you.

Transfer Roller is at End of Life
■ Print the Supplies Usage page to verify the remaining life and Transfer
Roller install date.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below
Note
Look at the clear plastic window on the Transfer Roller. If toner is present in the
center of the window the Transfer Roller is at end of life and needs to be
replaced. If no toner is visible, try cleaning the CTD (ADC) Sensor.
The “Transfer Roller is at End of Life” is a warning. “Replace Transfer Roller” is
a hard stop.
